Booking Cancellation policy:
48 hours - Cancellations made within forty eight hours of arrival date, (not arrival time) will incur full charges.
7 days - Cancellations made within 7 days of arrival date, (not arrival time) will incur in 70% charges, and 30% reimbursement.
14 days – Cancellations made within 14 days of arrival date, (not arrival time) will incur in 50% charges, and 50% reimbursement.
21 or more days - Cancellations made within 21 or more days of arrival date, (not arrival time) will incur in 30% charges, and 70% reimbursement.
NOTE: From the total reimbursement sum, bank transfer fees will be deducted as well.

Failure to do so will be deemed as acceptance of the above conditions. All amendments or cancellations must be made in writing, cancelling by telephone is not acceptable. We respectfully remind renters that a reservation made verbally or in writing, constitutes a legal contract between themselves and the apartment/house owners. Our cancellation policy will be strictly enforced but charges may be waived if the accommodation can be re-let. |
