If you decide to cancel your booking for EXIT accommodation, look below our cancelation policy and plan on refunds for down payment (in agreement with apartment/house owners)
Canceling 31+ days before EXIT fest:
We will refund to you 60% of your payment back minus transfer cost.
Canceling 16 to 30 days before EXIT fest:
We will refund to you 50% of your payment back minus transfer cost.
Canceling 11 to 15 days before EXIT fest:
We will refund to you 40% of your payment back minus transfer cost.
Canceling 6 to 10 days before EXIT fest:
We will refund to you 30% of your payment back minus transfer cost.
If you decide to cancel within 5 days prior to EXIT festival there will be no refund of your down payment. |
