So, if your group is from 8 up to 12 people, and you need spacios house, this house is ideal. The lady owner bought swimming pool for the summer, and this price includes swimming pool use :)
In the same yard there is a 2 room apartment that can accommodate 4-5 more people, so if you need more space this house and apartment are ideal for up to 17 people.
The owner require 50% down payment to keep this great house for you (700 meters to the Fortress and main EXIT gate)
